1. About this policy
This privacy policy explains how SPHERE AUDITION handles information in connection with Harvest Valley, our Android game with package identifier com.harvestvalley.farmgame, the website sphereaudition.site, and our support service. It covers the current offline Android version of the game.
SPHERE AUDITION is responsible for information handled through our website and support service. Our address is 24 RUE DE TALLEYRAND, REIMS, 51100, France. For privacy questions or support, email danielamitchellnqa192@gmail.com or call +16623525730.
2. Harvest Valley at a glance
- The game runs offline and does not require an account or sign-in.
- The app does not collect or transmit personal information to SPHERE AUDITION.
- There are no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social-login or in-app-purchase SDKs in the app.
- Farm progress and game preferences are saved on your device. There are no cloud saves or online leaderboards.
- Visiting our website or contacting us is separate from playing the offline game. Those activities are described below.
3. Local game data
Harvest Valley stores farm state, mission progress, unlocked farms, in-game coins, upgrades, fictional workers and other gameplay records so you can resume playing. It also saves music, sound-effects and ambience levels, vibration preferences and graphics-quality settings. Save records include a local save time and revision used to recover the most recent progress.
These records are stored in the app's on-device WebView storage and a second local recovery copy in private Android preferences. They are not linked to a player account, uploaded to a server or made available to us remotely. The local recovery copy is not a cloud backup.
The Android backup configuration disables cloud backup and excludes the app's data from device-transfer backup. Local records remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. You can delete them through Android Settings, select Harvest Valley, then choose Storage or Storage & cache and Clear storage or Clear data. Menu names vary by device. This resets saved progress and settings. We cannot recover or erase those records remotely.
4. Permissions, WebView and device features
The app declares the Android vibration permission for optional gameplay feedback. You can disable vibration in the game's settings. Vibration does not give us personal information.
The app does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, telephone-state or shared-photo access permissions. It does not read advertising identifiers or persistent device identifiers.
The game uses Android WebView to display files bundled inside the app. Its appassets.androidplatform.net address is a local asset address; gameplay files and audio are loaded from the device. The app blocks requests to external web content. Playing audio does not involve recording your microphone.
If you choose the WebView-update option when it is offered, Android opens Google Play separately. Visiting this website, following an external link, emailing us or calling us also uses your browser, email service or telephone provider. Those services process information under their own policies.
5. Information you provide to support
If you contact us by email, phone or post, we receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address or phone number, your question and any attachments. Please send only information needed for your request and avoid unnecessary sensitive information, passwords or payment details.
We use support information to answer you, investigate reported problems, handle privacy requests and keep necessary records of the exchange. We do not use support messages for targeted advertising or sell them.
6. Website visits and server logs
When you visit sphereaudition.site, our hosting server processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Access and error logs may contain your IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser or device information sent by your browser, and a referring address if your browser supplies one.
We use these records to operate the website, diagnose faults and investigate abuse. The website does not use advertising cookies, audience-measurement scripts, tracking pixels or visitor accounts. Its pages, styles and images are served from this website. We do not link website visits to your local game progress.
The current server configuration rotates routine logs daily and keeps 14 rotated archives. Routine logs are normally retained for about 15 days, including the active log. Relevant records may be kept longer where necessary to investigate an incident, comply with a legal obligation or handle a legal claim.
7. Purposes and legal bases
Where European data-protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering requested support and privacy enquiries and operating a reliable, secure website. Where processing is required by law, we rely on the relevant legal obligation. We use information only for the purposes described in this policy.
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Service providers and disclosures
The website uses OVHcloud hosting infrastructure, and our contact email uses Google's Gmail service. These providers process information needed to deliver hosting and email services. Further information is available in OVHcloud's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or protect the service against abuse. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Google Play, Android and external browser, email or telephone services may separately process information when you use them. Their own policies apply. Harvest Valley does not send them saved game progress.
9. Security
Game records are stored within the app's private on-device storage. The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between your browser and our server. Administrative access and support correspondence are limited to the people who need them to operate the service or answer requests. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
10. Retention and deletion
Local game records are retained and deleted as described in section 3. Routine website-log retention is described in section 6. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to answer your request and handle directly related follow-up, and deleted when no longer needed. A legal obligation or legal claim may require particular records to be retained for the applicable period.
Harvest Valley does not create user accounts, so there is no game account to delete. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove local data. To request deletion of personal information in our support records, use the contact details below.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive portable information where that right applies. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Send requests to danielamitchellnqa192@gmail.com or our postal address. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We do not hold a server copy of your local game data.
You can complain to the data-protection authority in your country. In France, you can contact the CNIL through cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
12. Children
The offline game does not ask players, including children, to submit personal information and does not contain advertising or tracking. If a child sends personal information through a support message, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its review or deletion, subject to applicable law.
13. International processing
Hosting, email and other external service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including outside France or the European Economic Area. Their privacy information describes their processing arrangements. Where applicable, international transfers must use the protections or lawful exceptions required by data-protection law. Contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your request or correspondence.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, website, support service or applicable requirements change. The last-updated date appears on this page. If a future version introduces new data handling, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required before that handling begins.
